![]() ![]() * I didn't like the setting being a city. The marker is terrifying and the signature Dead Space use of loud noises and bright lights to accentuate its power is on point again. * The level design on the other hand is gorgeous it really has a well crafter sci-fi look about it, specially towards the end. But gameplay-wise it's just an infinite amount of the most annoying enemy in the game + running around in circles avoiding an instakill. * Story-wise, I really like the ending, probably one of my favorite endings in any media. But in the last chapters it kinda becomes a Light-gun game, and depending on what difficulty do you play it either feels monotonous or frustrating. ![]() But even if I see it as title with a different approach in the same series it has some flaws: * It's still a horror game, with just the right amount of action and that is amazing. which is perfectly fine for me now because not only it was intended that way, but they also did a good job about it. Replay I used to think this game was a downgrade from the first but in reality, is just a shift from survival horror to action horror. ![]()
